Arts Ministry (Inspiro)
Brennan serves in a dual role as Creative Director and Communications Director, empowering artists to bring creative gospel expressions around the world.
TCK & Family Care
Local Ministry
We serve our local community through small groups, church involvement, and hospitality. We enjoy coming alongside others through prayer, mentorship and fun!
Rachel serves with a team of other caregivers as a Family Care Consultant. The Family Care team comes alongside OM families through resourcing and transition support. Rachel specializes in supporting teenage and young adult Third Culture Kids (TCKs).
Healthy mission work requires healthy missionaries (and missionary families). Serving cross culturally involves significant stress and many cultural, financial, and spiritual challenges. Without support and resources, missionary families tend to leave ministry for preventable reasons.
OM’s Family Care Team supports missionary families so they can thrive in life and ministry. They walk alongside missionary parents and their kids through debriefing, support groups, family coaching, and more. Rachel and her team help Third Culture Kids (TCKs) to feel seen, known, and unconditionally loved. Rachel loves making space for TCKs to process the unique joys and challenges of their lives!
Regardless of age, gender, or ethnicity… we all long to be known. Art has a way of reaching into the hidden depths of our souls to reveal our need for God. Christian Artists have an ability to invite others to “come and see” God in a new way; to tell others “yes, you belong here too” in such a way that they dare believe it could be true.
Inspiro helps train and disciple missionary artists across the globe to tell stories and create art in culturally appropriate and relevant ways. Brennan loves using his media and ministry experience to help shape Inspiro's strategy, storytelling, and mission to cultivate Jesus-centered communities around the world.
Large portions of our roles with Family Care and Inspiro are remote and include travel, but we are also involved in local ministry. We love to host small groups, mentor young people, and serve at our church! We also enjoy leading recovery groups, teaching financial literacy, and facilitating Bible studies.
As we transition to OM full-time, we are discerning our capacity and rhythms for local service in this next season. That could mean volunteering with refugees, working with church planters, or even hosting game nights for the neighborhood to build relationships. There are all sorts of creative ways to get involved with what God’s doing “at our doorstep”, and we’re curious to see how God leads us!
Our Roles With Operation Mobilization

Our Roles With
Operation Mobilization
Operation Mobilization (OM) is a global community of Jesus followers, united to share God's love. Founded by George Verwer in 1957, OM now has 5,000+ workers, representing more than 130 nationalities, bringing the gospel to millions every year. OM shares the love of Christ through a variety of ministry forms: evangelism, discipleship, church planting, Bible and literature distribution, arts, medicine, anti-human trafficking, and community relief and development.
OM's mission is to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached. We love participating in such a diverse, international, and creative mission organization!
